Matt is a Director with the Corporate Reconstruction and Insolvency firm Lowe Lippmann. He specialises in corporate reconstruction and insolvency advice.

Matt is involved in analysing client financial statements and forecasts in order to provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and provide reconstruction outcomes. Matt's experience encompasses a diverse range of services working with varied stakeholders which typically focus on internal controls, management competency, performance, short to medium term viability and asset divestment. Matt has sophisticated and integral financial analytical skills, varied stakeholder engagement and business process management capabilities to provide business solutions.

Matt has particular expertise as follows:

• Management of businesses in formal insolvency including restructure and wind down programs.

• Review of business performance to improve working capital and cash flow management.

• Identification and implementation of operational and process improvements.

Matt is married and has two children. Away from the office, his interests include football, cricket, music, gardening and a good bottle of red. He stays relaxed by spending time with his family, pets and walking.
